Vintage Vogue 8 Inch Composition TOOTLES Doll with Painted Eyes and Mohair Wig

This little doll is marked Vogue on her back as well as the back of her neck. She is about 8 inches tall and I believe she is all composition. She seems to be tightly strung, and her arms want to stay in a forward position instead of resting at her side, and some scuffs to the fingertips. We ask your patience with us on the Vogue dolls we are listing this week. They were purchased from an estate and we are not very knowledgeable about the older Vogue dolls, so we are taking lots of photos, as part of the description. If you are viewing from your phone, please be sure to go the the description to see all the photos. We have have left the dolls as they were when we purchased them. She has a strawberry blonde mohair wig over molded hair and blue side glancing eyes. She was marked Toodles at the sale, so we are assuming that is correct. Her outfit is precious and is tagged Vogue Medford (faded), but we do not know if it is original to her. The outfit is not in great shape, but for it's age it still displays nicely. The bonnet has 2 small holes in it as well as one small hole in the back of the dress. The owner must have been afraid to lose her shoes, so she taped them to her socks. It was the older cellophane tape, so with all the passed time, it has flaked off so we could remove it to show her feet. There is a hole in the back of one of the socks and still some tape residue that we are afraid to mess with. That is all we know about this cutie!  The basket of flowers is a prop only and is not included in this listing.
